We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Noctune offers optional premium subscriptions ("Noctune PRO") that unlock additional sounds, features, and remove limitations.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.

3. Free Content

The app provides free access to a selection of sounds and features. Free content may change over time as we update the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Copy, modify, or distribute the app's content (including audio files) without permission.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or premium restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including sounds, designs, icons, and code — is owned by Noctune or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Noctune is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noctune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms.
