Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel your Noctune PRO subscription.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Noctune, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Can I use Noctune offline?

Yes! All sounds are available offline once the app is downloaded. An internet connection is only needed for syncing your stats across devices.

The sounds stop when I lock my phone.

Make sure Background Audio is enabled. Noctune uses background audio mode to keep playing while your screen is off. If issues persist, try restarting the app.

How does the sleep timer work?

Tap the timer icon in the Mixer screen, choose a duration, and tap Start. Sounds will gradually fade out and stop when the timer ends.

What's included in Noctune PRO?

PRO unlocks all premium sounds, breathing exercises, unlimited mixer slots, custom timer durations, and access to new content added monthly.
